  • The above discounts are not available to bookstores or trade— however wholesale discounts are available on individual titles for bookstores and trade customers — please contact Customer Service to be sent an pre-qualifying application form.
  • Customers outside Europe, please follow the International Flag links at the top of our store page to visit the nearest store for discount options available in the local currency at that location.

Payment options

You can pay by the following credit cards: Visa (all derivatives), MasterCard (all derivatives), Maestro Switch (MasterCard Stable Debit Card), Delta/Electron (Visa Stable Debit Card) when ordering online, by phone, by mail or by fax. You can also pay by cheque or money order in British Pounds when ordering by mail. You can download and fill out this ORDER FORM to mail or fax should you wish. For additional payment options such as direct transfers please call Customer Service.

Shipping rates

Your shipping rate (and delivery time) depends on your location. Our shopping cart checks the total book quantity in your order, checks the country of your order's destination and calculates the shipping charge.

Delivery times

Most orders ship from our office within 1—2 business days. Carrier's estimated delivery times are indicated above. If ordering by mail, allow ample time for your order & payment to reach us. If you pay by personal cheque, we may hold it for up to 3 business days for it to clear the bank before shipping your order. (This is usually done for large orders only).

Insurance

    UK orders: If your order was shipped to a physical address and never arrived, please contact us and we will replace it at no cost to you. If you receive an item / order which is damaged, please contact us. We may request that you return the damaged item before a replacement is sent. Please keep all packaging until otherwise instructed.
  • Western Europe: Note that on-line orders are NOT insured and will not be replaced if lost or damaged. If you need an insured shipping option, please phone us for a shipping quote and to place your order.
  • Rest of World: If you ordered on-line and your order was shipped to a physical address and never arrived or was damaged, please contact us and we will replace it at no cost to you. Keep all packaging until otherwise instructed.

Sales tax

There is no VAT on Books. VAT is included in our courier charges. VAT where applicable is collected on DVD's

International

Customs taxes: All international customers are responsible for customs dues or other taxes & fees that may be levied in your country. We will not accept orders returned to us due to customer's failure to pay the customs dues / fees in a timely manner.

Order tracking: International shipping includes tracking.

Delivery times: While most shipments arrive within about 7—14 business days to most destinations worldwide, in rare cases they may take longer (up to 1 month or even up to 3 months due to customs delays).

Returns

Returns: Applies only to items purchased directly from Ringing Cedars UK Limited. Books and CD's/DVD's are not returnable, and may not be redeemed for cash. At our discretion we may, under certain circumstances, and only by prior arrangement, accept for return an unopened and/or undamaged order. All such cases will attract a restocking fee of £1.00 per book or item. However goods that you have received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing fault may be replaced at our expense, provided:

  • Provided you purchased the goods yourself directly from us.
  • You notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
  • You immediately return to us (at our expense) such damaged goods, if requested by us or one of our nominated representatives, such as a Fulfillment House or Shipping agent, contracted by us to fulfill your order.

Damaged books, opened videos, music discs, cassettes and audio books will only be exchanged for a replacement of the original item.

Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds. Your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed. Please check your order carefully prior to checkout to make sure it is accurate. All orders lost by carrier will be replaced free of charge.

Privacy

We respect our customers' privacy. Ringing Cedars UK Limited believes that your personal information—including your purchase history, phone number, email and residential addresses and credit card data—belongs to you. We collect this type of information only to serve you when you provide it to us, but we do not rent or sell your information to third parties. When you place your order online through our secure shopping cart, your Credit Card details are encrypted and are not visible to any third party.

We work with reputable third party supplies, such as fulfillment services (companies that warehouse and ship your order) and freight companies to assist us in delivering your order to you. In these instances, we will provide your personal information to those third parties only so that they can perform these services. In addition, we may be required to disclose your personal information to third parties based on a legal obligation; however we will only accommodate these requests when it is determined to be legally necessary in the reasonable opinion of our counsel.

Security

Shopping at www.ringingcedars.co.uk is 100% secure. All information you provide during checkout (including your credit card number) is encrypted and cannot be viewed by any third party. We use a secure payment processing engine to securely operate the shopping cart and process payments. Your credit card details are not recorded or stored by us.

Online Ordering

You can conveniently place your order 24 hrs per day, 365 days per year through our secure online store,
and pay with a credit card. (See Payment Options above)
Click on the "Buy Now" button in the Navigation Bar at the top of this page or here to enter the Online Store.
Enter the quantity desired beside each of the items you want, then click on any "Proceed to Checkout" button to view your shopping cart and complete your order. On the Checkout page you can:

  • modify your order (adjust quantities and/or remove items)
  • enter a coupon code if you have one (from one of our promotions)
  • add a free gift card message (up to 255 characters)
  • select your and see the calculated shipping cost to your delivery address
  • review your final order
  • and enter your credit card details

When you are ready to checkout, simply click on the "Process My Order" button.

If at any time you experience problems with the shopping cart on this website, please call Customer Service to place your order over the phone.

Phone Orders

You can call toll free Customer Service to place your order over the phone with a credit card. Customer Service numbers can be reached from any country.

When ordering by mail, you can pay by credit card, personal or cashier's cheque (in British Pounds, drawn on a British bank) or money order (issued by a British bank or organization in British pounds). Allow 2 weeks (US) or 4 weeks (International) for your order to reach us.

When you mail your Order Form make sure to supply all the required information (titles and quantity of the sets/books you are ordering; the shipping address, billing address, your name and phone number; and order total). Remember to enclose a cheque/MO made payable to Ringing Cedars UK Limited or add your credit card details including number, issue and expiration date. You must also include the appropriate shipping & handling fees in your order total. Use the guide above in Shipping Rates to calculate shipping cost for the total quantity of books in your order to your destination.

Customers ordering by mail from outside the UK should first call Customer Service for a shipping quote. Orders for more than 39 books will also require a shipping quote.

Fax Orders

We recommend that you download and print out this Order Form to fill out and fax to the toll free fax number (also on the top of the form).

When you Fax your Order Form to our toll free Customer Service fax number, make sure to supply all the required information (titles and quantity of the sets/books you are ordering; the shipping address, billing address, your name and phone number; credit card number and expiration date; and order total). Remember to include the appropriate shipping & handling fees in your order total. Use the guide above in Shipping Rates to calculate shipping cost for the total quantity of books in your order to your destination.

Customers ordering by fax from outside of the UK should first call Customer Service for a shipping quote. Orders for more than 39 books will also require a shipping quote.

For your protection Credit Card details on mailed or faxed orders are cut off your order form and shredded as soon as your order has been processed.

Tracking Your Order

If you placed your order online, you can obtain a tracking number from our Customer Service Team, by quoting the Order Number in the confirmation email ent to you. Please allow at least 2 business days before contacting Customer Service for tracking inquiries. A tracking number is generated when your order actually ships.
